el producto llegó con un golpe y el auricular derecho roto en varias piezas. realicé disputa y el vendedor me dijo de que solicitara uno nuevo que me quedaban el producto a 0,01 céntimos. me fue imposible hacer esto y al final compré uno nuevo y no me devolvieron el dinero. no puedo valorar el producto porque no lo usé. tardó una semana en llegar.
